The Slovak Poker Open 2026 has successfully concluded. The Main Event, which attracted 1,211 entries, wrapped up yesterday with a final day where sixteen finalists battled for the title. You could watch all the action live on our website.
The Slovak Poker Open Main Event at Banco Bratislava recorded 1,211 entries, surpassing the €300,000 guarantee. From the initial days, 113 players advanced to Day 2, with the final 16 making it to the last showdown. In quick succession, seven players were eliminated, setting up the final table. Nine finalists faced off under the scrutiny of our cameras. The monster chipleader at the final table was Christopher Hillinger from Austria, with a stack of 20 million.


Local player Denis Dox was the first to leave the final table, taking home €4,025 for ninth place. He was followed by Jaroslav Stulhofer and Hungarian player Norbert Kovács. Antonio Sannicola took sixth place, while the last local standing, Miroslav Plešivka, finished in fifth. Czech player Buddy just missed the podium.
In the final trio, Kim Tae Hyong bowed out, securing €16,975 from Banco Bratislava. Hillinger couldn't be stopped, even by Marcus Oliver Heinrich Keimar from Germany, who claimed €25,475 for second place. The well-deserved champion of this year's Slovak Poker Open is Christopher Hillinger from Austria, who took home €40,585 without a deal. Congratulations!
