Michael Addamo Makes a Triumphant Comeback, Secures Ninth GGMillion$ Title

Michael Addamo took a break from poker, and even though he stayed out of the limelight for the past two years, he's made a dreamlike comeback. In the latest edition of the renowned $10K High Roller, with a total of 216 entries, it was Addamo who unquestionably took control of the tournament.

Addamo entered the final table with the sixth-largest stack, facing a significant gap to chipleader Pedro Neves from Portugal. What followed was a pure Addamo spectacle. The Australian phenomenon showcased uncompromising aggression, personally knocking out 7 of his 8 opponents at the final table!

It's no surprise that he entered the heads-up against Neves with a commanding 7:1 lead. The heads-up lasted only six hands. This marks Addamo's ninth GGMillion$ title in his career. In the historical standings, he's breathing down the necks of Samuel Vousden with 10 titles and within reach of record-holder Artur Martirosian, who has 13 titles to his name.
