The FPF Main Event recorded an impressive 3,018 entries, confirming massive interest in this tournament format. However, the million-euro guarantee wasn't surpassed. The final day saw the top 24 players battling for a six-figure prize for the champion.

One of the most fascinating stories of the tournament was written by Dutchman Johannes “Uncle Hans” Van Der Hulst. Johannes, living in South Africa, enjoyed huge support from fans in his YouTube chat during the livestream. His journey through the tournament was like something out of a movie.
