Triton SHRS Jeju II: The Biggest Triton Invitational in History Led by Jules Dickerson

The Triton Invitational is known for its unique format. During the first day, invited amateurs (VIP players) and professionals play at separate tables, with the groups mixing on Day 2. Thanks to 120 unique players and a massive interest in re-entries, the registration count hit 155 entries by the end of Day 1. Late registration remained open until the start of Day 2, ultimately reaching 172 entries with a breathtaking prize pool of $34,600,000.

Excitement was in no short supply right from the start. The legendary Phil Ivey was the first player eliminated after his A-A ran into a set of nines held by Gytis Lazauninkas. However, Ivey wasted no time, opting for a $200,000 re-entry, and successfully secured a spot in Day 2.

Attention was also drawn to popular player Patrik Antonius, who joined the tournament just a few hours after losing a $20 million heads-up against Monarch. This time, he fared much better, securing a place in Day 2 as well.

At the top of the leaderboard are three invited businessmen. Chipleader Jules Dickerson is followed closely by Argentina's Alejandro Lococo and Hong Kong's Winfred Yu.

Right behind them are three stars of the poker world – Stephen Chidwick, Isaac Haxton, and defending champion from May's Montenegro championship Adrian Mateos, aiming for an unprecedented back-to-back victory.

American vlogger Ethan "Rampage" Yau also made it into the TOP 10, celebrating his birthday right at the table, drawing significant attention.
