The top 30 players received cash prizes, with notable names like Bryn Kenney and Todd Brunson finishing in the money.
The final day showcased poker's elite. Much attention was on Brian Rast, who pursued his eighth career bracelet, only to finish in 4th place. Before him, Alex Foxen bowed out in 5th, propelling him to first place in the WSOP Player of the Year rankings.
The final showdown for the title was between Urbanovich and Richard Bai. The Polish player entered the heads-up with a sizable lead, nearly 4:1 in chips, and although the duel extended beyond an hour, Urbanovich maintained his advantage.
It all culminated in PLO. After the flop Q c 7 c 5 s, both players went all-in. Bai held K c T d 9 c 6 s, while Urbanovich revealed A c 7 h 6 c 2 d, showing a pair of sevens and a higher flush draw.
