WSOP 2026: Mike Holtz Dominates Super Turbo Bounty to Claim His Second Gold Bracelet (Event #31)

Article cover

Event #31: $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty NLH once again proved to be one of the most exciting highlights of the WSOP schedule. The tournament attracted 2,103 entries and generated a total prize pool of $2,791,733. Approximately $1.7 million of that was set aside for regular payouts, with more than a million dollars allocated to the bounty pool.

With 20-minute levels, the action at Horseshoe & Paris Las Vegas unfolded at a fast and furious pace. Mike Holtz, a two-time WSOP Online Player of the Year (2021 and 2023), expertly utilized his online experience to navigate the field.

The decisive moments came with the final three players. Holtz first eliminated Rute Jin in third place, entering the heads-up against Malaysian player Mei Seow as a significant favorite.

In the tournament's final hand, Seow went all-in with 6 d 5 d, which Holtz immediately called with A h 3 h. Although the flop T h 9 h 2 c brought Holtz a flush draw, it was ultimately the ace high that secured his victory after the turn J c and river J s.

This marks Holtz's first bracelet from a live event, having previously won an online title in 2022.
