The $3K QQPK Genesis tournament is reaching its climax in Northern Cyprus, marking the start of the Triton ONE series. Hosted at the Merit Royal Diamond resort, the event drew a field of 912 entries, creating a prize pool of $2,443,248.
After two days of intense play, only six players remain in contention for the title. Each finalist is guaranteed a minimum payout of $82,000, with a trophy and a first-place prize of $450,000 awaiting the winner.
At the helm of the final table with a commanding lead is Russia’s Viktor Kudinov, who holds nearly twice the chips of his closest competitor. Romania's Alin Ivan is the current runner-up, followed by China's Yang Zhang in third place.
The final lineup is rounded out by Pavel Ignatov, Ruslan Kasper, and Chen Peng, who will be striving for a remarkable comeback to secure his second title in the Triton ONE series.
