The prestigious WPT Prime Cyprus Championship with a $1,100 buy-in has reached its thrilling finale. From a massive field of 953 entries, only the last 8 players remain in the hunt for the title. Each finalist is guaranteed a minimum prize of $19,300, while the champion is set to receive $171,600, which includes a $10,400 ticket to the WPT World Championship finale at Wynn Las Vegas.
Leading the final table is Said Tahar, who is demonstrating a dominant performance, holding nearly twice the chips of his nearest rival, Andreas Christodoulo. Joining them in the final eight are Bora Kurtulus, Ivelin Kolev, Sergiu Cornea, Joseph El Khoury, renowned Swedish poker veteran Johan Storakers, and the short-stacked Ismail Yagci.
