VIDEO: One of the Best Folds Ever? Andrew Robl Silences the Table and Commentators

Andrew Robl has experienced almost everything in televised cash games, but this time he pulled off a moment that will be talked about for a long time. In the latest episode of High Stakes Poker, he found himself in a massive pot against Justin Gavri, managing to fold the second nuts on the river!

During the latest High Stakes Poker episode, a seemingly innocent hand started on blinds of $500/$1,000/$2,000. Gavri, holding K h 9 h, opened for $5k, called by Señor Tilt with Q c J s, and Andrew Robl with Q h 7 h. On the flop T c 2 h A h, after two checks, Gavri continued with an $8k bet, which Señor Tilt called. Robl decided to raise to $35k. Gavri called, Señor Tilt folded, and it went heads-up to the turn.

They both checked the turn 9 s, but when the river 6 h came, Robl chose to overbet, betting $125k into a $96k pot. His opponent, holding the nuts, wasted no time and shoved his entire $290k stack. While viewers and commentators expected an insta-call from Robl, the following actions surprised everyone.

After more than three minutes of deliberation, Robl expertly read his opponent and mucked his cards. He saved $165,000 and created one of the show's most memorable moments. In the commentary booth, Brent Hanks and Nick Schulman were in absolute shock, with Schulman calling it "the best fold of all time" in cash games. Social media instantly buzzed with debate whether this was the greatest hero fold ever seen in televised poker. What do you think?
