Pedro Padilha Takes Home Over $1.4 Million

The prestigious Event #8: $50K NLH 8-Handed featured the largest prizepool of the festival so far. The tournament attracted a total of 129 entries, with the prizepool reaching an impressive $6,450,000.

There were payouts for 20 places, and the unfortunate bubble boy was renowned Chinese player Ren Lin, who ran into Nick Petrangelo's Aces.

The nine-player final table was a showcase of the world's elite, including Phil Ivey, the recent Mystery Bounty champion Wai Kiat Lee, and Finnish pro Eelis Parssinen. The action was dominated by the trio of Alex Boika, Nick Petrangelo, and Pedro Padilha.

With Alex Boika exiting in third place, Pedro Padilha and Nick Petrangelo agreed on an ICM deal. Padilha entered heads-up with a lead, which he quickly leveraged to secure his first Triton title, becoming just the fourth Brazilian champion in the series' history.

Alex Anton Shines at the Star-Studded Final Table

The fast-paced Event #9: $30K NLH Turbo delivered an exceptionally dynamic and wild experience, decided in just one day. It featured a neat 70 entries, resulting in a prizepool of $2,100,000, the smallest numbers of the current festival.

The top 11 players earned financial rewards, with Tony Ren Lin unluckily missing out on the money positions, marking his second bubble of the day.

The nine-player final table erupted with a thrilling shootout under extremely low blinds. The cast included big names like Stephen Chidwick, Adrian Mateos, Mikita Badziakouski, and Byron Kaverman. However, the highlight was 25-year-old American Alex Anton, a WSOP bracelet holder from this summer.

After Alisson Piekazewicz fell in third place, Anton faced four-time Triton champion Artur Martirosian heads-up. In an absurdly shallow finale with an average stack of around six big blinds, Anton sealed the victory with K h 6 s against Martirosian's 5 h 3 h.

Alex Anton thus became only the second player born in the 21st century (following Mehdi Chaoui in Jeju, March 2026), to secure a title on the Triton Poker circuit, taking home the trophy along with $577,000.
