Entering Day 3, 45 top contenders were led by the original chipleader, Niko Koop. However, he couldn't survive the eliminations, just like many other well-known names. Narrow misses for the final day included Nariman Yaghmai, who exited in 9th place ($36,000), while Bernardo Neves became the final table bubble boy, eliminated in 7th place, earning $56,500.
Heading into the final battles, Mihai Trofim holds the best position, bagging 6,225,000 chips (42 big blinds). Meanwhile, Sergiu Cornea is on the absolute short stack with 9 big blinds.
All six finalists have already secured a minimum payout of $73,000. The winner will walk away with $368,900, which includes a $10,400 ticket to the prestigious year-end WPT World Championship at the Wynn in Las Vegas.
